Is it what you mean? Silicon Nitride ? The organic chemical compound Si3N4 that makes silicon nitride is called Silicon Nitride. It is a ceramic structural material made of silicon nitride that’s known for hardness, wear resistance and clarity. Additionally, it is resistant to shock and heat. It can be heated up to 1000° Celsius in air. It has extraordinary mechanical properties. This ceramic can be used for creating seal rings, molds permanent, and bearings. Silicon nitride ceramic is a highly resistive to heat transfer and can be used as heat-receiving surface for engine parts. It will lower fuel consumption, and increase the quality of the engine. Similar engines exist in Japan and China as well as the United States. Silicon Nitride’s principal attributes The relative molecular mass of the material is 140.28. Available colors include grey and offwhite. This compound will not dissolve at high temperatures. It is insoluble at very high temperatures and has a low melting point. Silica-nitride is sintered in a silica-nitride reactant without the use of any binder at a temperature above 1800°C. These crystals exhibit a hexagonal structure. Si3N4 can be prepared using reaction sintering, at 1.82.7g/cm3. It has a melting point of 3.123.22g/cm3. Vickers hardness 2.02 Mohs hardness 9.9 and microhardness 3.123.22g/cm3 respective are Vickers, Mohs and 9-9.5 hardness. Melting point 1900 (under pressure). Normal pressure will cause it to melt around 1900oC. It has a heat output of 0.71J/g*K. Heating of Formation = 751.57kJ/mol. Thermal conductivity of the material is 2155 W/(m*K). The coefficient of linear expansion is 2.8~3.2×10-6/(20~1000). It can be difficult to dissolve. You can dissolve it in Hydrofluoric Acids. Oxygenation happens between 1300 and 1440 at 20 degrees Celsius. Airflow resistance in airflow volume is specific at 1.5×105 *m for 200 degrees Celsius, and at 4×108 *m for 500 degrees Celsius. The elastic modulus measures 284246060MPa. The compressive strength for the reaction sintered version is 490MPa. Calcium silicide occurs when the transition metallic reacts at 1285 to dicalcium dimitride. Following this, the number of oxygen oxides is released and it reduces to 600. The bending strength is 147 MPa. This can be done by reacting silica hailide with ammonia or heating the silicon powder with Nitrogen. It is resistant to 10-15 to 16 degrees Celsius. It’s useful as a high-temperature raw material for ceramics.

Silicon Nitride uses
1. High temperature stability and oxygen resistance are hallmarks of silicon nitride ceramics. Covalent compounds made from silicon nitride have a high bond strength that allows them to form oxide protective coatings in air. The chemical stability makes the compound very stable. Many molten and alloy metals can infiltrate or corrode it, including aluminum and lead. You can get aluminum, zinc or lead infiltrated by many molten metals or alloys. But it can’t become oxidized. For high temperature engineering, ceramic silicon nitride materials are used. This material can be used in parts that resist corrosion as well as seals for the chemical sector. They can also be used in machine-tooling and cutting industries.
Due to its strong bonds with aluminum oxide and silicon carbide as well as thorium dioxide, thorium dioxide, boron, and other metals, silicone nitride makes a good bonding material.
2. Also, you can make solar cells out of silicon nitride. This can be used to make solar cells and provide anti-reflection layers. This is done by using the PECVD process to cover the silicon film. This was done in order to avoid passivation. The ratio of silicon Nitride to silicon Nitride within this atomic mixture does not match exactly at 4:3. Variation can be caused by process conditions. Different atomic quantities can have different effects on film properties.
3. Many options are available for aircraft engines and gas turbines.
