The FMF concrete mixer is designed to convert the concrete in the flour further, thereby reducing the amount of PAHs released during the final mixing stage. Additionally, our control variables, including temperature, pH, and addition of CO2, were optimized to ensure optimal performance while minimizing environmental impact. We also evaluated the long-term environmental impacts of using these materials compared to conventional methods of converting Pc concrete into FMF concrete. The results showed that the use of PCp concrete binders and FMF concrete mixers significantly reduced the amount of Pc concrete waste, leading to a reduction in energy consumption and lower greenhouse gas emissions. In conclusion, the use of PCp concrete binders and FMF concrete mixers offers a promising solution for reducing the amount of Pc concrete waste and mitigating its environmental impact. By optimizing the production and disposal processes, we can improve the sustainability of this construction industry while preserving its social benefits.
