Instructions for operation: 1.80kg SB2O3, Ca (OH), 20.6kg, H2O6kg were mixed and heated for 1 hour at 80°C. 2.41kg of 60% N2S was then dissolved into 3L water to form a Na2S solution. The Na2S solution was then added to the mixture and stirred vigorously for 30 minutes. Next, 30% HCl was added to the mix to acidify it to pH 0.4 within 3 hours. After cooling and drying, the mixture was stirred again for 30 min.
