Permissible size deviation:
Bar diameter deviations are allowed to be +-0.1mm
There is a maximum deviation from the bar length allowed of +-5 mm. A small bar length less than the nominal (10100) is acceptable, but it is not greater than 5%.
Each end of the bar should always be cut flat. The cutting angle should not exceed 4mm.
Maximum bending distance of bar is 0.7mm/m
Appearance quality:
Clean the surface of bars. There should not be any oxide scales, cracks, folding or other defects. All local imperfections on the bar’s surface must be eliminated and cleaned. Maximum depth shall not exceed permissible deviation.
It is permitted for the bar’s surface to not exceed half the diameter deviation due to individual small scratches, indentations or other defects.
